I am determined to add more fruit and veggies to my daily lifestyle. I enjoy drinking my fruit and veggies rather than chew them. So, daily I make myself a smoothie. It has really made a difference in my energy level. Smoothies have cut back the amount of food I consume. It is improving my hair, skin, and nails. Since, having a baby. I have become more aware of what I put in my body. The food we eat impacts every aspect of our lives. I want to walk in good health. I am changing what I eat. I look forward to seeing where my body will be in 2020. With consistency and faith I am sure I will reach beyond my health goals.
